How Our Supply Programs Work
BNCP contracts directly with growers and manages the supply program. After harvest, lots are cleaned, graded, and packaged at the nearest practical facility to origin. Lots are allocated to our market-facing subsidiaries, and Bennett’s Seed handles final sales to domestic Canadian buyers or export markets.

Yellow Seed:
Yellow Mustard
Bulk Canadian yellow mustard seed (Sinapis alba) is crushed for classic American mustard, pickles and salad-dressing emulsifiers. High 32 % oil content and low erucic acid make it ideal for table condiments and snack-seasoning blends.
Brown Seed:
Brown Mustard
Our Brown Mustard seed exporter lots test ≥ 34 % oil and ≥ 100 µmol/g glucosinolate—perfect for Dijon, Bavarian and whole-grain mustards. Also sought by crushers for spicy edible oils and bio-fumigant meal.
Oriental:
Oriental Mustard
